  • Expedited (1–3 business days) — from $18
  • Next‑Day (1 business day) — from $28
  • PO Boxes/APO/FPO — USPS only (2–8 business days)

Canada

Delivery estimator

Order processing

  • Orders placed by 14:00 EST Mon–Fri usually ship same day.
  • Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on US holidays ship next business day.
  • Pre‑orders and back‑orders ship as soon as stock arrives. We’ll email updated ETAs.
  • During high‑volume periods (launches or sales), processing may extend by 1–2 days.
  • All pairs are inspected, photographed, and securely boxed prior to dispatch.

Tracking & delivery

Tracking updates

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display the first scan.
  • Multiple items may ship in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Delivery security

  • Orders of $500+ require a signature upon delivery. You can manage delivery with the carrier’s tools.
  • If the package is marked delivered but missing, contact the carrier and our support within 48 hours.
  • We cannot ship to freight forwarders we identify as high‑risk.

International shipping, duties & taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.
  • Unless stated at checkout, shipments are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The recipient is responsible for any charges on arrival.
  • Customs processing can add 1–5 business days to delivery times.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and uses Latin characters to avoid delays.

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed, the cost of return shipping, duties, and any additional fees may be deducted from your refund.

Address changes & order edits

  • We start preparing your order quickly. If you need to update an address or cancel, contact us ASAP: [email protected].
  • Once an order is released to the carrier, we may not be able to modify it. You may request changes via the carrier’s delivery manager services where available.
  • For security, we cannot change the delivery address to a different country after purchase.

Yes. PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Some services (e.g., Next‑Day) may be unavailable to these addresses.
International shipments may incur duties/taxes upon arrival unless shown as prepaid at checkout. These fees are set by your country’s customs authority.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 3 business days, contact the carrier and our team. For loss claims, we’ll coordinate with the carrier; resolutions typically take 5–10 business days.
Yes. Add a gift note at checkout. All sneakers ship in protective boxes; prices can be hidden on packing slips for gifts.
