Eligibility & condition requirements
- Items must be new, unworn, and undamaged, with no creasing, scuffs, or outsole wear.
- Include all original packaging: shoe box, dust bags, inserts, authenticity/brand tags, spare laces, and care cards.
- Items must be returned with the security or authenticity tag intact (if provided). If removed, the item is non-returnable.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery as shown on the carrier’s tracking.
- Items marked Final Sale, Customized/Personalized, Gift Cards, or Hygiene-sensitive accessories (e.g., insoles once opened) are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
- Have your order number and the email used at checkout ready.

- We’ll issue a prepaid return label for eligible U.S. returns or provide instructions for international returns.
- Pack items securely in the original shoe box and an outer shipping carton. Do not ship using only the shoe box.
- Drop off within 7 days of label issuance to keep your return active.
Refunds & processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is available on request.
- Once delivered to our facility, please allow 3–10 business days for inspection and processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective.
- Where applicable, a return shipping fee may be deducted from refunds for convenience labels; we’ll disclose any deduction before you ship.
- We’ll notify you by email when your return is approved or if further information is required.
Exchanges
- U.S. exchanges: One complimentary size exchange per order when the desired size is in stock. We ship the replacement after your original item scans as in-transit or passes inspection, depending on risk assessment.
- International exchanges: Processed as a return + new order due to duties and shipping complexities.
- If a requested size is unavailable, we’ll process a refund or offer store credit per your preference.
International returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and duties/taxes on international returns, unless the item is incorrect or defective.
- Use a trackable service and include the commercial invoice marked “Return of Merchandise.” We’re not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- Original import duties and taxes are generally non-refundable. You may be able to reclaim these with your local customs office.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and label.
- We’ll provide a prepaid label and prioritize a replacement or full refund once confirmed.
- Claims filed after the window may be evaluated at our discretion.

Please reuse our shipping carton when possible. Protect the shoe box inside an outer carton to avoid damage. We favor recyclable materials to reduce environmental impact.

How long do I have to return?
30 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier. During the holidays, orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 can be returned until Jan 15.
When will I receive my refund?
After your package arrives, please allow 3–10 business days for inspection and processing. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
Are returns free?
U.S. size exchanges are complimentary. For returns for refund, a convenience label fee may be deducted; we’ll show any fee before you ship. International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective.
Can I return worn sneakers?
No. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags. Try on on a clean surface to avoid outsole wear.
What if the shoe box is damaged?
The shoe box is part of the product. Significant damage or shipping the shoe box without an outer carton may affect eligibility or incur a fee.
Do you offer price adjustments?
One-time price adjustment within 7 days of delivery on full-price items only. Excludes promotions requiring codes and final sale items.
